Standard shipping occurs within two business days of payment; expedited shipping is within one business day of payment.
Returns policy:
For print books: New books in their original condition must be received within 30 days of receipt. Enclose a copy of invoice/packing slip. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For e-books: E-books can be obtained instantly if you have enabled Adobe Reader 8.1.1, a product available free of charge from our check-out pages. Each e-book comes with a single license, permitting storage on one computer and one print. We're sorry, but e-books are not refundable.
