1. Identify, cultivate and solicit potential donors for major gift funding.
2. Promote planned giving, using marketing, management, financial, and legal points of view.

10. Develop and implement comprehensive operating plans for special events, direct mail appeals, corporate and foundation giving, and endowment and planned gift acquisition.
11. Work with volunteers and other professional fundraising and support staff in the development and implementation of campaign activities.
12. Oversee, execute, and evaluate mass outreach programs, such as direct mail appeals.
13. Oversee donor database management to ensure accurate record keeping, timely donor acknowledgement, and campaign status reports.
