Cross-Cultural Assessment: Overseas Assignment Inventory

The Overseas Assignment Inventory (OAI) has helps organizations and individuals with expatriate job decisions. The OAI is an online assessment that measures nine attributes and six context factors crucial for successful adaptation to another culture. It is provided for both the expatriate job candidate and his or her spouse or partner. The OAI has helped hundreds of organizations, and thousands of individuals and their partners, faced with this complex decision.
