Learn how to make the most of 360 feedback when you attend this one-day seminar. You'll learn by interpreting your own feedback report, as well as reviewing sample reports. You'll receive the Meaningful Measures manual, as well as other support materials.

- Task Cycle® Model, including overview of psychometric background.
- Survey of Leadership Practices™ -- in-depth discussion, using our sample report on "Dave Director."
- Survey of Management Practices™ -- Content overview, sample profiles and interpretation.
- Survey of Peer Relations™ -- Content overview, sample profiles and interpretation.
- Administrative procedures, such as project setup, administration and the benefits of web and paper-based surveys.
The seminar is delivered by Dr. Paul Connolly, a close colleague of Clark Wilson's and coauthor of several Task Cycle Surveys.
All seminars are offered in a full one-day format from 8:30 to 4:30 in the Old Saybrook, CT area, and includes up to one-hour of telephone consultation at a later date.
Cancellation policy: If you must cancel your attendance, we will automatically transfer your registration to a future workshop date of your choice. We do not refund workshop registration fees.
