- Task Cycle® Model, including overview of psychometric background.
- Survey of Leadership Practices™ -- in-depth discussion, using our sample report on "Dave Director."
- Survey of Management Practices™ -- Content overview, sample profiles and interpretation.
- Survey of Peer Relations™ -- Content overview, sample profiles and interpretation.
- Administrative procedures, such as project setup, administration and the benefits of web and paper-based surveys.
The workshop is delivered by Dr. Paul Connolly, a close colleague of Clark Wilson's and co-author of several Task Cycle Surveys.
All workshops are offered in a full one-day format from 8:30 to 4:30 in the Old Saybrook, CT area, and include up to one-hour of telephone consultation at a later date.
